These terms apply when you buy from the Stackline Store. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Products

We publish fabric weights, capacities and output ratings and we stand behind them. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and between production runs of naturally dyed or reactive-glazed items.

Delivery and risk

Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and warranty

See our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, to scrape it automatically, or to interfere with its operation.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not permit such a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
